Wednesday Evening Stretch Flow Donation Yoga at Sunset Cliffs

This is an accessible all-levels 60 minute Slow Gentle Hatha flow yoga class, and everyone is welcome, including beginners! It's the perfect way to unwind after a busy day and rehab your body.

We have a rotating schedule of teachers who are part of the team at Mind Body Badass! Check out our schedule below. This class was started by MBB creator Amy Baack (who still teaches regularly) in Spring 2021 and has expanded to become a must-do yoga experience in the San Diego community. Catch OG instructor Amy at least once a month, and join us weekly to experience some of the best teachers in SD along with the ocean breeze, pelicans flying overhead, and an open-hearted community!

Bring a yoga mat, a towel for underneath your mat (optional, the cliffs can get dusty), sun protection, water, and all your friends & fam!

Meet right at the intersection of Sunset Cliffs Blvd & Adair St at the northern tip of the park (there's plenty of free street parking in the area). Be sure to enter in Sunset Cliffs Blvd & Adair St on your GPS for the right spot. We're right next to the Inn at Sunset Cliffs and the Natural Park sign. There is abundant free street parking in the neighborhood, please plan time to find a spot.

SUMMER HOURS (March 11-September): 6:00-7:00 pm

WINTER HOURS (October-March 4): 5:00-6:00 pm

Register for your Free Ticket to join! (required to avoid overcrowding per park regulations) *Suggested donation is $10-20 (only if you wish, never required), accepted via cash or Venmo by your instructor

Space is limited per park regulations, so you must grab your free ticket here on Eventbrite to join! Please cancel your tickets if you end up unable to attend to allow for others to attend.

If tickets are not showing up for the date you're interested in, that means it's Sold Out—send me a message to be added to our waitlist!
