Charity Event: Meditation for Stress Relief

Join us in person for a soothing session of meditation designed to help heal your nervous system. Whether you're feeling stressed, anxious, or just need a moment to recharge, this event offers a calm space to relax and restore your inner balance. Come as you are and experience the power of mindful breathing and gentle guidance to support your well-being. No experience required!

Through guided breathwork, somatic awareness, and soft energetic grounding, you’ll feel more:

Weekly Meditation Options:

Fridays In-Person Meditation (Exception of Weeks with Holidays)

A deeper, more immersive experience held in a calming, intimate space.Expect soft lighting, gentle breath guidance, and a supportive field of energy.

Each session is designed to help you melt tension, release emotional buildup, and feel more aligned and present in your body.

You don’t need to “know how to meditate.”You only need to show up as you are.

Charity:

This event is for the purpose of raising funds for City Team.

On April 4 2026, Modern Mystery School initiates (& families) all over in California will gather in Pleasant Hill, CA to do an 8K charity run to support a local non-profit. is a charity that helps homeless men get back in their feet. They provide housing, clothing, food to men to help them get back into the workforce.

Please join us in whatever way you can to help those in need. There are 3 ways to support us and the charity efforts.

1. MMS initiates and families are encouraged to join our run in Pleasant Hill. We will meet at the center before we start the run. There is a registration fee to cover the logistics of the run, including a T-shirt for each participant and a donation to CityTeam. Registration ends on Mar 16 2026.
   
2. All participants in the run are also asked to share and fundraise through the same link. Let’s reach our fundraising goal and beyond!
3. You can donate at the event via venmo or paypal and Dr.Darcy will submit the donation at the end of the event.

Your Guide: Dr. Darcy White
