Tiny Tots Fitness Time

Welcome to "Tiny Tot Fitness Time," (ages 18 months to 5 years) an exciting 8-week program specially designed for your little ones to explore the joys of movement and exercise. Led by the dynamic and experienced fitness instructor Elise, classes will be held every Tuesday from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. Elise brings 22 years of experience in the fitness industry, complemented by a B.S. degree in Exercise Sports Sciences, and the playful spirit of a mom with three little girls. Each week promises a new adventure with themes ranging from superheroes to space exploration, ensuring that every session is packed with fun and creativity. Join us as we inspire your tiny tots to stretch, move, and shake in a lively and engaging atmosphere!
