Creative Kids Cardio ages 6+

Welcome to Creative Kids Cardio, an exciting 8-week program designed to get your children ages 6 and up moving and grooving! Led by the dynamic fitness instructor Elise, classes will be held every Thursday from 9:00 to 10:30 AM. With over 22 years of experience in the fitness industry and a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Sports Sciences, Elise is not only a seasoned professional but also a mom to three little girls, ensuring she knows just how to engage and energize young participants. Each week, Elise will introduce new and imaginative themes, ranging from superheroes to space adventures, making every session a unique and thrilling experience. Creative Kids Cardio promises to offer your little ones a fun, lively way to stretch, move, and shake their way to fitness.
