Welcome to The Thursday Reset
Take a break from the pace of the week and reconnect with yourself through movement, breath, and community.
This small-group experience combines accessible yoga, mindful breathing, and meaningful conversation in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Whether you are completely new to yoga or already have experience, this session is designed to help you release tension, improve focus, and finish your week feeling more balanced and energized.
After the practice, we’ll stay for coffee, tea, and connection with like-minded people from the local community.
