Selfcare Circuit is a cozy, immersive wellness experience designed to help you

Hosted in a welcoming North Vancouver apartment, this guided self-care journey invites participants to move through a relaxing sequence of restorative wellness technologies and calming sensory experiences.
During the circuit, guests will enjoy time with
- Infrared sauna
- Lucia Light therapy
- PEMF therapy mat
- Red light therapy
- Mindspa meditation sound journey
with each offering its own unique benefits for
