About this Event

Learn how to prepare two types of Italian pasta and a classic Italian dessert during this chef-led cooking workshop. Head to the elegant, art-filled home of a Michelin-trained Milanese local and get hands-on instruction in recreating pasta, ravioli, and tiramisu from one-of-a-kind family recipes. Workshops include local wine and limoncello, as well as the lunch or dinner prepared during the class.

This is a unique Italian cooking class, I will open my house located in an elegant palace in one of the most prestigious areas in the center of Milan, full of art paintings and antique furniture, that come from the family Palladian Palace, you will taste there mouth-watering traditional Italian dishes and recipes that you have prepared: pasta ravioli and tiramisu. I will teach you how to make the most famous and delicious noodles and ravioli, the secrets of the unique and classic tiramisu. Very easy to reach: subway blue line just 20 meters from the Coni Zugna -Via Foppa stop. Cooking for one's family is a tradition handed down for generations. When Grandma Bruna is too tired she will be replaced by her daughter or grandchildren. The lesson is held in English, but we also speak several other languages. Upon request. Some teachers speak French, German, Spanish, Ukrainian, Russian, Hebrew, and Persian. 12 hours in advance we will send an email with the name of the teacher, but if you want only Grandma Bruna as teacher I cannot assure 12 hours in advance
