A supportive morning designed to help you rebuild strength, get fresh air, and connect with other new moms β with indoor movement, an easy stroller walk to Grant Park, and a relaxed picnic together in the park.

10:30 AM β Arrival + Settle In(10 min)
- Arrive, park your stroller, get settled, and ease into the morning.
10:40 AM β Indoor Yogilates(50 min)
- Core and stability
- Strength and posture
- Energizing movement
- Feeling strong without feeling depleted
11:30 AM β Get Ready + Head Out(10 min)
- Grab your things, get babies settled, and transition for the walk.
11:45 AM β Mission Hills Stroller Walk to Grant Park (10 min there + time to stroll)
- A relaxed group stroller walk with space to chat, move, and enjoy being outside.
12:00 AM β Picnic + Connect at Grant Park (30 min)
- A casual picnic in the park with time to snack, connect, feed babies, and enjoy a slower morning together.

There is plenty of parking in the front of the studio.
Please arrive 10 minutes beforehand.
We will have mats and refreshments for everyone after class <3
