We offer 8 recliner chairs (first come, first served) for those who prefer not to lie on the floor.
There is also space available for yoga mats if you enjoy grounding on the floor.

You’ll be guided into a relaxed state where your body softens, your breath deepens, and your awareness expands.
There is nothing you need to do—just receive.
