About this Event

As we move into the height of summer, this Kind🌿Root Mini Retreat at The Space in London is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and honour the energy of midsummer — a season of fullness, light, reflection, and gentle transformation.

Midsummer is often seen as a turning point. The days are long, nature is alive and abundant, and yet within this fullness there is also an invitation to pause and check in with ourselves. What has been growing in your life so far this year? What feels nourishing and aligned? And what might need more space, balance, or care as you move into the second half of the year?

Together, we’ll move through a gentle, grounding yoga practice, guided breathwork, and meditation designed to calm the nervous system, reconnect you with your body, and create space to soften and reflect. From this more present and connected place, you’ll be guided through coaching-informed journaling and reflection inspired by the energy of midsummer — exploring balance, intention, inner clarity, and what you want to carry forward into the months ahead.

You’ll be supported in exploring questions such as:

• What feels in alignment in my life right now?
• Where am I being invited to slow down or create more balance?
• What do I want to nurture during the second half of the year?
• What would it look like to move forward with more trust, softness, and intention?

This gathering is also about community and meaningful connection. There will be time to connect with others in a relaxed, welcoming space, with tea, nourishing food, August Bakery pastries, and open conversation. These shared moments create warmth, belonging, and an opportunity to simply be — without pressure, performance, or rushing.

This session will also include a special guest from the Kind🌿Root community, offering additional insight and perspective to support your reflection and integration. The guest will be announced closer to the event.

The session is hosted by Lisa Lang, founder of The Kind🌿Root Space, and a certified coach, yoga, breathwork, and meditation teacher. Through her work, Lisa creates calm, inclusive spaces that support both inner reflection and genuine human connection.

The Kind🌿Root Space is a global, community-led wellbeing platform created to make supportive practices like yoga, breathwork, and coaching more accessible, and to create spaces where people can reconnect with themselves and others in a grounded and authentic way.
