In celebration of the launch of the Hove Christmas Trail, we’re opening our doors for a series of gentle, grounding sessions — a chance to step out of the festive rush and into a moment of stillness.

Join us for a traditional Chinese tea ceremony paired with an integrated mini sound bath, designed to bring calm, connection, and presence during the holiday season. These sessions offer a meaningful taster of the longer healing experiences I offer at my home studio.

• Integrated mini sound bath to soothe and ground 🎶
• Small group, intimate sessions
• A warm, welcoming atmosphere

• Sessions every 30 minutes: 1:00, 1:30, 2:00, 2:30, 3:00, 3:30, 4:00, 4:30 pm
• Each session lasts around 20 minutes.
• If you arrive early, please wait quietly outside until the next session begins.
• No booking is required - just turn up and settle in.

Tea served will be a non-caffeinated osmanthus & jasmine flower buds or rosebuds.
If you have allergies, please keep this in mind before participating.

The sound bath is integrated into the tea ceremony. While it is generally gentle and deeply relaxing, it may not be suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, epilepsy, sound sensitivity, or any medical concerns, please consult your GP or healthcare provider before attending.

Upon arrival, attendees will be asked to sign a short waiver acknowledging participation is voluntary.
