Replenishing sound bath

Immerse yourself in the transformative power of sound. Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this deeply replenishing sound bath will leave you feeling lighter, balanced, refreshed and empowered.

Led by Kharis Epiphany, this session harmonizes your chakras and auric field using a blend of 432Hz crystal singing bowls, a Balinese drum, shakers, vocal toning and spring themed affirmations —all carefully selected for their therapeutic benefits.

The session begins with gentle somatic movement and breathwork to help you release tension before you are guided into a meditative state, where soothing vibrations will wash over you, calming the mind and restoring the body.

• Cleansing and realignment of your energy field
• A tranquil space with provided yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets for your comfort (you are welcome to bring your own also)
