What to Expect

• Body and Breath Awareness: Ashka will gently guide you through grounding practices to help you connect with your breath and body.
• Somatic Movement: Explore gentle, mindful movements that release tension and cultivate awareness.
• Restorative Yoga: Supported by bolsters, blankets, and yoga blocks, you’ll settle into longer-held poses that allow your body to release deeply and your mind to fully rest.
• Yoga Nidra: Experience a guided meditation that promotes profound relaxation and healing.
• Live Sound Healing: Jennie will weave live, soothing sounds throughout the session and conclude with a powerful sound bath using gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and Himalayan singing bowls. These sounds lower brainwave frequencies, creating a pathway to deep relaxation and energetic release.
• Optional Reiki Healing: Opt to receive Reiki during the sound bath for an added layer of energetic balance and harmony.

What to Bring:
All props and mats are provided. Simply wear warm, comfortable clothing and socks, as your body temperature may drop during deep relaxation.

Jennie is a Yoga Teacher, Soundhealer and Breathwork Facilitator whose vision is to blend all 3 practices together for a unique self discovery and connection experience. The ability to turn inwards has been life changing for Jennie and she endeavours to hold spaces and offer tools to assist others on their personal journey.

Ashka is a qualified Humanistic Counsellor, Yoga and Meditation Teacher and Reiki Master. Ashka is passionate about integrating all parts of the being into one self . She brings body, mind and spirit into her practices and work with others.
