FREE: Family Flow Taster Sessions

Family Flow is all about fostering connection between you and your child through movement, exploration and play.

Children love to copy what we do (monkey see, monkey do!) so lead by example and let them see you move, experiment, make room for silly and enjoy doing something different.

So often childrens classes are centered just around them. Family Flow blends primal movement for parents with gross motor skill development for children, creating a fun and active experience for all.

Each class focuses on movement, agility and exploration - helping families strengthen their bodies while deepening their bond through play.

There’s no right or wrong - just opportunities!

Embrace the chaos; your child might join in, wander off, or come back in their own way - and that’s completely fine.

Be playful, be curious and enjoy the challenges together.

Do I need to be fit?
Not at all. Family Flow is about moving together, not performance. You’ll be guided through everything at your own pace.

What should we wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in (leggings, shorts, or joggers).

Do we need to bring anything?
Just a water bottle and your sense of fun! No mats or equipment needed.

Can I bring more than one child?
For taster sessions, your ticket covers just one adult and one child.
