🌱✨ Te Wairoa Planting Day ✨🌱Join us to help restore Forest & Bird Taranaki’s Te Wairoa Reserve by planting 80 native plants in a sloped clearing. Every plant makes a difference for the health of our ngahere 🌳💚
📅 Date: Sunday 21st September 2025
🕙 Time: From 10am onwards
📍 Location: Te Wairoa Reserve, Clearview Road, Lepperton (off SH 3A). Meet at the main gate.
🚗 Parking: Limited spaces available on the green area opposite the reserve.
🔧 What to bring:
Gloves & trowels (some equipment provided, but BYO encouraged)
Lunch, water, raincoat, hat
Good sturdy shoes with grip (boots recommended)
⚠️ Note: This is a tricky site - previous planting experience and a good level of fitness are desired.
