Te Māmā Tuesdays are your weekly dose of care and connection - a space just for busy mums to slow down, move gently, and feel supported. From yoga and mindfulness to pelvic floor care and creative movement, enjoy FREE sessions guided by local wellbeing experts.
Come along for the class (9:30–10:30am) and stay for a cuppa and kōrero afterwards (10:30–11:00am).

Childminding is available at āwhi next door for toddlers, giving māmā a chance to breathe, move, and refill their own cup.
