# Special General Meeting - Sunday 21st September 2025,
12 Noon, at our Club Venue.
Proposal:
To create a new club, Taranaki Wargames Club,
and transfer all TMWS membership and remaining funds to the new club structure, with a view to having the Registrar of Incorporated Societies dissolve the existing Society prior to April 2026.
Ratify a new club constitution, substantially based on the original constitution, modified to simplify operations.
Seek nominations for All office holders and Committee members in the new Club structure.
