Serving 10 small tasting portions (like tapas).

• Puff Puff (sweet Nigerian dough balls)
• Suya chicken or beef skewers (spiced grilled meat) with spicy peanut-seasoned
• Akara Bites (bean fritters) V

Main Tasting Plates

• Mini Jollof Rice (V) the ultimate West African rice dish With Chicken, Meat, Turkey or Fish
• Yam Porridge (Asaro) – comforting tomato & yam stew V
• Egusi soup with mini pounded yam or amala (V) With Chicken, Meat, Turkey or Fish
• Chicken, meat or fish stew

Sides

• Plantain With Pepper Sauce not too spicy (V) Also Option of Plantain pepper tomato sauce with gizzard
• Moi Moi (steamed bean pudding) V

Dessert

• TBC Chin Chin Cheese cake, Chin'offe Pie or Chin Chin Crumble
