Pastry Workshop

Learn how to make stunning pastries with The Dusty Knuckle Bakery School. We'll teach you the secrets to all the DK signature pasties, from our classic Croissant to our Feta and honey swirl. In class, we'll knock up croissants, pain au chocolate and puff pastry. You'll learn all about lamination (the process of folding butter into dough), as well as shaping, glazing and baking. Leave with a bucket load of delicious pastries, plenty of knowledge and the feeling that you're now a pastry pro.

All day courses come with a goody bag filled with a dough scraper, a recipe pack and more. We'll serve you a delicious lunch with beer from our neighbours at 40ft Brewery.
