Blends & Blooms | A Sensory Wellness Workshop

Sometimes the most radical thing we can do is slow down.

Blends & Blooms is a playful, sensory workshop designed to invite rest, creativity, and curiosity back into the body, facilitated by Soul Play Ground, and taking place in the calm, welcoming space of Rosetta Arts.

This session brings together tea blending and watercolour painting as a gentle invitation to slow down, soften, and explore creativity without pressure or expectation.

You'll be guided through creating your own tea blend using herbs and botanicals, followed by a relaxed watercolour painting practice inspired by colour, feeling, and flow, rather than technique. This is less about producing something "perfect" and more about the experience of play. Engaging your senses, following your intuition, and letting creativity move freely.

No experience with painting or tea making needed. Just come as you are.
