Women’s Circle - Bodytalk

Hello, wonderful women,

Our body is our first home, our lifelong companion from the very beginning of life to the very end. And yet, how often do we pause to really listen to her? To understand the subtle signals she sends, the wisdom she carries, and the stories she holds?

This circle* is an invitation to reconnect with our body, to honour her, and explore the messages she whispers.

Through gentle, nourishing exercises, mindful movement, and guided reflection, we will tune into the rhythms of our nervous system, learn to perceive what our bodies are truly communicating, and rediscover the intelligence and guidance that lives within us.

What to expect:
• Gentle nervous system calming exercises
• Exploration of how your nervous system shapes your perception and experience
• Reflection and sharing in a safe, supportive circle
• Connection with like-minded sisterts who share the journey

Whether you are curious, seeking alignment, or longing for a deeper friendship with yourself, you are welcome exactly as you are. This is a sacred, judgment-free space where vulnerability is honoured, intuition is celebrated, and your body’s wisdom is acknowledged.

Practical information:
Dress comfortably. Journals welcome.
Mums with babes in arms (up to 6 months) are welcome.
