Sunna Movement Triathlon: Strength, Stride, & Stillness
About this Event
Join us for a strength focused Empowered Movement class, followed by a 2 mile walk/jog/run along the Mississippi, and finish your Tri back at Sunna for restorative yoga and hands on assists with our yoga instructors.
This collection of movement practices highlights the variety of class and community offerings Sunna specializes in.Whether you’re experienced in any of these formats with us or new to them all, this triathlon is an opportunity to prioritize the wellness of your mind and body, leaving you feeling empowered and confident.
Following the Tri, there will be food and drinks for community celebration and other community partnerships!

11:30-12pm — Walk or jog
12-12:30pm — Restorative Yoga
