Sunday Sound Journey at Mother Co. Plants

You are invited to Mother Co. Plants for a relaxing and restorative experience through the Magic of Sound. Lacey will be guiding you through a meditative sound experience, utilizing Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls, cosmic plate gong, and variety of chimes for maximum relaxation and release.

Singing Bowls activate the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest), which is vital for ongoing health and vitality. Tuned to the natural vibrations in our body, while syncing the left and right sides of the brain, you will experience increased creativity, focus and memory, reduced stress and a quieting of the mind.

Sound healing is a meditative experience that utilizes sound vibrations to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. You will experience calming sounds that resonate with the body's natural rhythms. Sound baths can help release energetic blockages and enhance a sense of calm. It is a non-invasive and gentle practice that can be beneficial for people of all ages.

What to bring:

· Yoga mat

· 2 Pillow(s) for extra comfort/support (I recommend one pillow for your head and one for under your knees

· Blanket and layers in case you get chilly
