SOUND BATH IN THE PARK

Each Saturday @10:30am in June, join me for a donation based sound bath at Lake of The Isles. Some of my favorite meditation and movement practices have been held next to this lake being very memorable in getting lost in the present beauty and sound of minneapolis…and I hope to share that same feeling with you! Lots of trees, bird song and beautiful sounds of people and the lake nearby.

This will be 45 minutes to dive into sound meditation, nada yoga. And opportunity to witness ahaha and anahata sound vibrations to assist in ceasing the chitter chatter of the mind.

Suggested donation $5-$40

BRING: water, blanket and/or yoga mat, pillow, sunscreen, something to cover your eyes if you’d like
