Summer Solstice: Yoga in the Park

Celebrate the longest day of the year with a special 90-minute outdoor Summer Solstice practice, designed to honour the energy, light and renewal of the season.
As the solstice reaches its peak at 9:24am, you’ll begin with 45 minutes of uplifting, breath-led vinyasa flow guided by Catherine Weston. Through mindful movement and alignment-based sequencing, this energising practice will awaken the body, build warmth and invite you to set intentions for the summer ahead.
Yvonne will be offering a 45min grounded restful practice providing an opportunity to pause, to rest and reconnect to your breath.
Expect slower paced postures moving into stillness with a breath practice to ground and nurture, closing with a guided body scan meditation.

Set in the beauty of the park, this unique solstice class brings together movement and rest, energy and ease, leaving you feeling balanced, connected and renewed as you welcome the start of summer.
To continue the post-practice glow, you’ll also receive a goodie bag to take home, including electrolytes, health shots and a Rheal water bottle. What to bring / belongings: Please bring your own yoga mat, water and anything you’d like for comfort during the restful section, such as a jumper or blanket. We recommend limiting what you bring where possible, as belongings space will be limited.

A space will be available for bags and belongings on the day, but items are left at your own risk. For a secure locker, you’re welcome to drop your belongings at Triyoga Camden, 57a Jamestown Road, London NW1 7DB, before the class.
Location note: The class will take place outdoors in the park. As the exact location cannot be pinpointed on Google Maps, please use the What3Words reference to find the meeting point.
Filming note: Please note that we will be filming and capturing content during the class. If you do not wish to be filmed, please let a member of the team know when you arrive. We will do our best to avoid filming you directly, but as this is a live group event, we cannot guarantee that you won’t appear in the background of wider shots.
