Summer Solstice Yoga & Forest Bathing

The longest day of the year, roughly halfway through 2026 — a good moment to actually be outside rather than just notice the summer going by.
We’ll make our way through the woods with guided forest bathing activities along the route, then settle into yoga and meditation in a secret spot, nestled among the trees.
No experience needed. All levels welcome.
Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes you can move in. The session takes place entirely outdoors, so dress for the weather and wear shoes suitable for woodland paths.
£20 per person. Places limited to 8.
