Bold, aromatic and full of fresh flavours, Vietnamese street food is a true feast for the senses. Transport yourself to the bustling streets of Hanoi by getting to grips with 5 Vietnamese-style dishes in this unforgettable class.

What you’ll do:

• Get to know pho inside out: discover how to create a perfectly spiced broth, then watch as your chef transforms it into a slurpy chicken pho.
• Bash up a fiery, aromatic paste using lemongrass, chilli, ginger and palm sugar, then use it to create sizzling pork balls.
• Sharpen your knife skills by julienning fresh, crunchy vegetables.
  Impress your mates by creating your own prawn summer rolls from scratch.
• Knock up a crunchy Vietnamese salad – a riot of colour and flavour.
• Discover how to make a perfectly salty, sweet, sour and spicy nuoc cham (AKA the best dipping sauce in the world – trust us).

Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes.
