• Samosa Quesadilla– A fun mashup of two favorites—crispy quesadilla triangles stuffed with classic samosa filling (spiced mashed potatoes, peas, and aromatics) plus gooey melted cheese. Crunchy, savory, and totally addictive.
• Medley Chaat – a vibrant, crunchy chaat with potato cutlets, chickpeas, crunchy mixes and topped with tangy chutneys, yogurt, and fresh garnishes
