Spring Equinox Retreat

Spring is returning along with the promise of more light and new starts. Celebrate nature's awakening with us, with a local join-as-you-can style retreat. Attend all or just parts.
*Registration is required and closes 24 hours before the event.
Schedule:
12:45-1:00pm Grounding In & Drum Breathwork Intention Setting
1:00-1:50pm All Bodies Yoga Flow for Balance
2:00-3:00pm Celestial Sound Bath & Silent Integration
3:00-3:15pm (Gather up &) Head to Preserve
3:30-4:30pm Forest Walk/Bathe with Option to Journal (weather pending)
4:30-4:45pm Gratitude Closing Circle

What to bring:
• Yoga mat
• Sound bath comfort (like bolster, pillow, blanket, etc)
• Journal &/or Nature Journaling supplies (optional)
• Beach towel or picnic blanket for forest bathing (optional)
Where:
We start at The Carnegie Center of Columbia Tusculum at 3738 Eastern Ave and close at California Nature Preserve at 5400 Kellogg Ave. Cincinnati, Ohio.
