Join Lorraine Becker and The Christ Hospital Women's Heart Center for an in-person Women’s Heart Wellness Workshop!

Women's Heart Wellness Practice – This FREE, in-person, and recurring workshop is hosted by Lorraine Becker and The Christ Hospital Women's Heart Center (TCH-WHC). It is intended for female adult TCH-WHC patients who are 18+, as well as adult caregivers/loved ones supporting WHC patients, or other female adult TCH Heart and Vascular patients. The purpose of the workshop is to learn and practice integrative therapies that incorporate gentle healing modalities such as guided meditation, breath awareness, restorative yoga poses, Reiki, and essential oil therapy to supplement traditional medical therapy to better manage pain, anxiety, and/or medical trauma. It is ideal for restoration, healing, and mindfulness. Come and experience the holistic benefits of Urban Zen Integrative Therapy.

This event will be held at The Christ Hospital (2139 Auburn Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45219) in the Joint & Spine Center Classroom A & B.

Please bring a water bottle, a towel, yoga mat, and/or blanket as well as a positive attitude!
