Come and join us for our Spring day retreat going back to nature in the most beautiful setting 🍃🌳🩷
We are taking us back to the beautiful nature forest walking connecting to Mother Earth and the great outdoors .
Dearden woods is a beautiful spot within nature and a the great outdoors this will be a magical day .
The space is just beautiful covered with trees all sorts of nature and perfect place to recharge connect and a day filled with to recharge the soul .
If outdoors is your happy place this is perfect day for you 🩷🌳🍃🩷 .
The day will consist of being welcome with love and nature 🩷🌳
🌳gentle walk into the woods were we will forest bath connect to Mother Nature with some drumming and intention setting
🔥we will make full use of the fit out gathering together in sisterhood with the fire element the power of 🔥 is something else
🌳 we will share a light lunch together
🌳followed by a deep nurturing mediation facilitated by myself including Reiki healing breathing in positivity & letting go of what no longer serves you feeling loved and peace
🌳finished with a beautiful sister circle connecting on all levels 🩷🌳🩷
