Embrace the opportunity to indulge and experience the magic of powerful Revive Wellbeings spring retreat. Our half day session at the beautiful Old Hay Barn, Birtle, in beautiful surroundings is going to leave you feeling calm, refreshed and relaxed.
During the session we’ll go on a journey, including some of the below:
**Forest Bathing
**Movement Flow
**Relaxation and breathing techniques
**Cold water therapy, with coaching included
**Light lunch
**Meditation
**Sound bath and Reiki
**Grounding Techniques
This session is designed to promote relaxation, healing, and a much needed refresh for the mind, body and Soul.
No previous experience needed. Please arrive no earlier than 13.15pm, we'll have you checked in by 13.30pm for your session with us.
Please bring a pillow, blanket, comfortable clothes, extra warm layers, swim costume - Also, coat and hiking boots/shoes for the forest bathing.
Please book early to avoid disappointment
