We can’t wait to host this amazing workshop where you will get a workout that increases core strength and improves posture, whilst increasing flexibility and reducing stiffness.
This is a workshop for your full body.
Traditional yoga poses are taught in order to increase joint mobility, improve muscle flexibility to increase suppleness and reduce tension.
The Pilates exercises are aimed at strengthening the core muscles, which support the spine and assist in good posture. The aim is to perform exercises that challenge the whole body so that alignment and body awareness is improved.
This is a perfect way to start your weekend.
⭐️ you will be working on building strength and endurance whilst stretching too.
⭐️ switch off from the week and focus your mind with yoga & Pilates.
