Super excited to be holding space at the beautiful location of the Old Hay Barn in Birtle this will continue to be a monthly space
Limited spaces for women booking is essential.
Join me in a beautiful 1.5 hours together firstly sharing the blue lotus tea , the blue lotus was originated in Egypt but is used I Bali its sacred & special with many benefits , we will hold the blue lotus tea close to our heart chakra 💚
The Blue lotus will be infused with love & we will nourish in this together putting any manifestations and gratitude
We will do some soft gentle movement opening up our bodies , tapping and letting go very softly and gently before sharing the tea together 💚
I will then guide you into a meditation & state of transcend 🧘‍♀️ and as you begin to lie down relax you will be Surrendering in serenity, peace, tranquility.
Dissolve into balance, bliss & harmony – as you allow yourself to relax and receive the healing sounds of crystal bowls & Tibetan Singing Bowls, chimes .
Slowly sink deeper into the nature of silence and leave feeling deeply nurtured, relaxed, restored, and regenerated by this beautiful journey and connection to our higher selves and the 💚🌎 🌕
