This supportive group gathering is a space for those navigating the balance between being spiritually open and aware while living in the practical, ever-changing world. Together, we’ll explore how to stay grounded, protected, and aligned while remaining sensitive to the energies around us.
Through facilitated discussion, we’ll touch on topics such as managing life as an empath, developing manifestation skills, strengthening psychic awareness, and other areas of spiritual exploration that support everyday life. This is a welcoming space to share experiences, ask questions, and feel less alone on your spiritual path.
We’ll close by setting collective intentions and receiving a guided card message, offering insight and grounding for the days ahead. Come as you are—open, curious, and ready to connect.

Carolyn is an Esoteric Healer and Avalonian High Priestess, as well as a licensed mental health therapist with a master’s degree in Holistic Counseling and advanced certification in Hypnotherapy. With over 20 years of experience as a trauma-focused therapist, she brings a grounded, compassionate approach to deep healing work.

Alongside her clinical background, Carolyn has spent a lifetime developing her intuitive, spiritual, and psychic abilities and has been reading tarot for more than 30 years. Her Esoteric Healing Sessions blend traditional counseling tools with metaphysical and intuitive techniques to support healing around trauma (from this lifetime or others), relationships, shadow work, energetic attachments, and more.

Each session is client-centered and guided by individual needs and intentions, offering a safe and respectful space for transformation. Carolyn’s work focuses on helping clients alchemize challenges into strength and empowerment—often more efficiently than talk therapy alone—so they can step more fully into their spiritual and life potential.
