EMPOWER: Women’s Healing Circle

EMPOWER is a safe space for women to unite, energize, let go, reset, and reclaim their personal power. This 75-minute group energy healing workshop is for women looking for peace, healing, strength, vitality, and a sense of community/ sisterhood.

Whether you’re a beginner or have experience, this class is designed for women who seek to deepen their understanding and practice of energy work. You’ll leave with practical tools and techniques that can be integrated into your daily life.

What to expect:

• A monthly theme
• Dreamy sound healing frequencies that celebrate mother nature and the human voice
• Relaxing and grounding aromatherapy
• Guided meditation/ journeying
• Working with the aura and energy centers to heal yourself
• Reiki and spiritual guidance
• Shamanic chakra release/clearing
• Possible physical sensations ie: tingling, changes in temperature, or emotional release
• Spiritual awakening, growth, enlightenment, or simply teaching your nervous system how to relax
• Time to just chill/ make new friends

• Yoga mat
• Dress in layers or blanket for warmth
