About this Event

We are excited to introduce SPARKSupporting Practice through Audit, Research and Knowledge Sharing project. This new initiative is designed to bring people together to develop ideas, build confidence, and strengthen our research culture across teams.

We recognise that getting started can often feel like the hardest step, whether it’s understanding the difference between audit, service evaluation and improvement, knowing how to approach a literature search, or simply shaping an initial idea into something more defined. Without the right support, great ideas can struggle to take off.

SPARK aims to change that. Our first session will focus on quality audit, service evaluation and improvement (by CUH Outcomes team), followed by practical guidance on literature searching (by Clinical School Library), and then project development (focusing and exploring where ideas come from and how to grow them into meaningful work). We’ll also create space for nurses and AHPs to share their own projects and early ideas, encouraging collaboration, learning, and inspiration across the group.

We hope SPARK will be a catalyst, empowering more people to get involved, share their thinking, and take the next step in developing practice through research and innovation.

Join us in our first session. Slots limited so register now!
