The event is run by Dr Anton Alexandroff, Consultant Dermatologist, representing Cambridge Dermatology Clinic.
This interactive session is designed for GPs and will cover evidence-based approaches to the diagnosis and management of acne, including treatment escalation, challenging cases, referral pathways, and common clinical issues encountered in everyday practice. The evening will also provide an opportunity for discussion and a Q&A session with Dr Alexandroff.

About the expert
Dr Anton Alexandroff, FRCP (UK), CCST (Dermat), PhD, FRSM, FAAD `Consultant Dermatologist at Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital, Cambridge & Leicester Nuffield Health Hospitals, Cambridge Dermatology Clinic. Dr Alexandroff began his research career with a PhD at Edinburgh University in the field of cancer immunology and has since published over 40 peer-reviewed research papers and reviews. He continues to believe that research is very important as it widens clinicians’ horizons and contributes to improving patient care. Clinically trained in the United Kingdom, he has worked at major NHS and private hospitals in Cambridge, Newcastle, Nottingham, Leicester and London.
