In a world that can seem to be going faster and faster, when we attune with Mother Nature she invites us to slow down and be still.
How do we turn away from this outer world, and support our body-mind to effortlessly turn within?
Through the practice of carefully crafted gentle yoga and healing chants we come Home to our True Nature, that place of inner peace, stillness and safety.
Winter is the time to rest, to nourish and nurture our selves in body, mind, and heart. How else can we emerge in the Spring with energy and vitality?
Your afternoon Retreat continues with a deeply healing Sound Journey; weaving together instruments from around the world and voice, you are guided into a place of deep rest.
Your facilitators are Sarena Mason, Senior yoga and chant teacher, and Wendy Ruddick, Sound Healer of Wild Heart Healing.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and water bottle. And anything else to make you cosy for the sound journey. Organic herbal teas and treats are enjoyed after the session.
