Experience a full sound bath and Yoga Nidra session to bring in the New Year. This session will incorporate the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, the powerful resonance of gongs, and a variety of other healing instruments played by Rachel and Joe from Zendeavours. Experience the power of yoga nidra paired with a healing Sound Bath. Dive into deeper states of consciousness while you relax and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.
Practiced lying down and in complete stillness Yoga Nidra enables you to access a state of consciousness between wake and sleep, allowing the senses of the mind to be heightened while the body falls into deep relaxation.
At the same time, the vibrations from the Gong bath and crystal singing bowls help clear blocked energy and lead to deep meditative states. This immersive sonic experience calms the mind and harmonises the body at a cellular level offering a unique way to heal and rejuvenate.
