Laura is back for her monthly installation of calm and wonderfulness at Joy. Gift yourself an hour to just be and rest on the deepest level possible!
You will be guided through a soothing and relaxing yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) before drifting into the powerful transformative sounds of Laura’s Tibetan and crystal bowla, gongs, chimes and voice.
Let time slip away as you become truly present with your body, you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, rested and nourished.
Please remember to bring anything you need to be comfortable- blankets and pillows are a must.
