There is now not long to go before the start of Spring the very welcome season of renewal refreshment and revival! You are warmly invited to enter into the spirit of Spring by experiencing and nurturing your own personal renewal refreshment and revival at Gail Stewart’s next Sound Journey. You are invited to come along relax and benefit from the magical interwoven sounds conjured for your delight. Gail's presentation will be beautifully complemented and enhanced by Susie Verran.

Gail is an experienced respected and very popular Sound Journey facilitator. A Sound Journey offers a healing process that can quiet your mind and at the same time relax your body! It is a most wonderful and joyful experience to simply lie back and be healed by the wizardry of the interwoven sound vibrations!

A Sound Journey is essentially a healing musical performance played out through Himalayan singing bowls crystal bowls gongs and a variety of other often unusual sound-producing instruments complemented by the human voice. Participants lie on the floor and allow the waves of sound to flow over embrace and permeate them.

At the event ensure that you make yourself comfortable! Ideally please bring something soft supportive and snug to lie on including a head support and also something warm to cover you.
