UN Day for Elimination of Race Discrimination Conference 2025

For the first time this year, the UN Day for Elimination of Race Discrimination Conference is being delivered through a joint partnership between these key organisations: Race Council Cymru, Race Equality First, Age Cymru, Kiran Cymru, BAWSO, Ty Pawb, Children in Wales, Wales TUC, BAME Ed, Royal Commonwealth Society of Wales, Windrush Cymru Elders, Black Lives Matter Wales, Black History Wales 365, Zero Racism Wales, Ethnic Minority Youth Forum for Wales, Sub-Sahara Advisory Panel, and Disability Wales.

The purpose of the conference is to continue the cross-sector conversations and collaborations from a pan equalities perspective to ensure that Wales becomes an Antiracist Nation by 2030.

There will be presentations, speeches, question and answer sessions, and panel discussions on how Antiracism can be embedded in health and wellbeing, leadership, education, criminal justice, housing, children and your people, heritage, arts, and culture amongst others.
