Self-compassion morning

If you are the sort of person that needs to be kinder to yourself this little retreat might be just the thing for you. Everyone is welcome!

Ruth Greenaway-Robbins, Sandra Lacey-Hughes and Sue Hurrell will lead interactive sessions on: self-compassion; meditating on a psalm with movement; and creatureliness.

There will be some worship and reflection, techniques to try, and plenty to think about and take away.

Thanks to the generosity of the Cathedral School and our host, school chaplain Gareth Rayner-Williams, the event is free to sign-up but we will ask for a donation to cover refreshments.
