Sound Healing - Relaxation, Meditation, & Mindfulness - Heal and Restore

Jessica from Attunergy will guide you through a beautiful experience of relaxation and healing. This hour is best used to reflect within and observe your thoughts while releasing what no longer serves you. Sound healing is a powerful tool to help you go deeper into meditation. It is an aid to help keep us in the present to reduce fear, guilt, shame, stress, anxiety, pain, and more.

No experience needed. All you have to do is lie down and breathe. The sound frequency will help you relax and calm the mind while healing the body.

Doors open at 6:45 PM and close promptly at 7:00 PM.

Jessica will start the class with a guided meditation, intention setting, and/or breathwork. She will use a gong, crystal quartz and Himalayan sound bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments (drum, rain stick, seed shakrers) to help deepen your practice, allowing you to feel more relaxed than ever before.

Most likely, you will leave the class feeling lighter, have more clarity, and feel more peace.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and water - whatever you need to feel comfy!
