Master Your Mind with a Monk

Every Thursday from 6-730pm in GC 288, starting January 23rd.

The series will focus on applying mantra meditation practices.

Each week will begin with a short introduction to set the tone for the meditation. Then we will chant mantras on beads (this is called japa) then sing mantras as a group (this is called kirtan). And we will close out with a free homemade vegetarian & vegan meal.

No experience is necessary.
