Bring balance to your nervous system through this guided meditation and sound immersion at our new venue Harmony Retreat. Experience deep relaxation, bringing peace to the body and mind by bathing in the sounds of crystal sound bowls, gonging, pan drums, medicine drums, Native American flute, and chimes. With the crackling of an open fire and sweet birdsong being enveloped into this experience.Holistic Wellness Community sound healings are designed to;
