Outdoor Yoga classes for beginners and those who love their yoga.Bringing together nature with practice.
The golden bay stairs are right near to where the classes will be.
For those who would like to get some extra exercise in the morning we will start with a few rounds of the stair circle and meet earlier if you would like to participate with the group before hitting the mats for some strengthening yoga flow.
followed by soul rising meditation.
Classes are $10 per person.
payment in cash is required.
These classes will run along side the school term. 3 week block and we will start back for term 4.
