Hi, Michelle here from Sacred Embers Yoga.
This is a nurturing silent day of gentle, nourishing yogic practises. An invitation to withdraw from the outside reality and rest through to the inner landscape. To completely and utterly unwind, decompress and allow yourself the gift of Sacred Rest.
We will gently work with the nature of the body, breath, sensations and feelings, through conscious gentle movement, pranayama (breathing techniques) concentration, resting and somatic meditation. Creating space to connect to the essence of being.
A chance to immerse yourself, tune in and co-regulate, a natural detox not only to your body, the mind also. Relaxation is key to our health and wellbeing, at times we forget to unplug from all the noise. This day is to support you in remembering.
