Hi friends, the 6 week beginners Yin Yoga course will be commencing week of Monday 18th August, there are a couple of places available. Yin is a deep, gentle practise of leaning into the postures whilst connecting to the breath and softly activating the fascia to release moisture of collagen, elastin & hyraulonic acid.
It’s an invitation to soften into the body & breath whilst regulating through the awareness of being. Holding space to allow, attune and co-regulate whilst embracing whatever arises even when uncomfortable.

Class schedule:
Monday & Friday 9.30am
Tuesday & Thursday 5.30 & 7 pm.
